Booking & process

  • 1. How do I book a transfer?

    You can book online via our booking form, by WhatsApp, email or phone.
    After your enquiry, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details.

  • 2. How short notice can I book?

    Often even on the same day. For airport transfers, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance so we can firmly schedule your vehicle.

  • 3. Can I book the trip for someone else?

    Yes. Just provide the name and pickup details – we’ll take care of everything.

  • 4. Can I reserve the outbound and return trip at the same time?

    Yes. We’ll schedule both dates and you’ll receive two separate confirmations.

Airport transfers & delays

  • 1. What happens if my flight is delayed?
    ChatGPT:

    We monitor flight and train times in real time.
    If there is a delay, we automatically adjust the pickup time – at no extra cost.

  • 2. Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
    ChatGPT:

    Directly in the arrivals area – clearly visible with a name sign.
    If you wish, we can send you the license plate number and driver details in advance.

  • 3. How long will the driver wait?

    If the flight is delayed: as long as needed.
    For on-time arrivals: a generous waiting period is included.

    Yes, all sizes are available. Free of charge.

  • 2. Can I bring a stroller?

    Yes – we have plenty of trunk space for strollers and additional luggage.

    Larger groups? We can arrange multiple vehicles.

    Yes. Our premium vans offer plenty of storage space – perfect for winter travelers and families.

  • 3. Are the vehicles suitable for winter?

    Absolutely. All-wheel drive, winter tires, and experienced chauffeurs ensure safety on alpine roads.

  • 4. Is there Wi-Fi in the vehicle?

    Yes, free Wi-Fi as well as USB charging ports.

  • 2. Can I schedule additional stops?

    Yes, stopovers are possible — often without extra cost. Please specify them when booking.
